Rates & Availability

  • Summer Rates $1350 per week
  • Fall, Winter and Spring Rates (October – May) Please inquire for rates and availability
  • Deposit $200 per week rented (due within two weeks of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to booking)
  • Cancellation Policy If you cancel your reservation and we are able to re-rent a $50.00 charge will be incurred. If we are unable to re-rent, the full deposit will be forfeited
  • Details Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check in at 3 p.m., Check out at 11 a.m. Please note, no pets and no smoking…thank you!
